"Unsupported format" when transferring clips to portable device

Can you transfer RealAusio clips to your portable device? Sometimes mayber you meet some problems. How to solve them?
Answer:
Make sure the clip can be played in RealPlayer, check if the clip is mono, try to re-import the file into RealPlayer, and make sure the portable player can play RealAudio (.ra) files.
Required:
RealPlayer;
protalbe device;
Here are some tips:
Solution 1: Make sure the clip can be played in RealPlayer.
1. In RealPlayer, click the Music & My Library tab.

2. Choose My Library from the sidebar and browse to the clip.
3. Right-click the clip and choose Play selected. You may receive a message asking if you want to Clear the Now Playing List. If you do, choose the option you want and click OK.
4. If you encounter any difficulties in playing the clip, such as an error or lack of sound or sound distortion, the file may be corrupt or not supported by RealPlayer. Please see the Supported Media File Formats Help topic for specifics.

Solution 2: Check if the clip is mono.
RealPlayer cannot transfer mono files to a protalbe device.
To verify that the file you are transferring is not mono, check the Status Display in RealPlayer while the device is playing. Make sure it indicates that the file is RealAudio stereo (to the right of the clip title, you should see a symbol of sound waves and the letters RA):
Solution 3: Try to re-import the file into RealPlayer.
If the clip is stereo, re-import your RealAudio files into RealPlayer and try transferring them again to your portable device:
1. In RealPlayer, click the Music & My Library tab.
2. Choose My Library from the sidebar and browse to the clip.
3. Right-click the clip and select Delete from the menu that appears. The Delete Clips dialog box appears.
4. Click Delete to remove the clip (but leave the Also delete file(s) from hard drive check box blank).
5. In RealPlayer, click the File menu and select Scan Disk for Media. Follow on-screen instructions. RealPlayer adds the clip back into My Library.
6. Once the files have been re-imported, try transferring them to your portable device from My Library again. For assistance, see How do I transfer clips to my portable device?
Solution 4: Ensure that the protalbe device can play RealAudio (.ra) files.
Check with your portable device technical support to see which types of files your device supports.
