Software you need: FlashFXP
Download FlashFXP and install.
1. First you must select the files you want to upload in the local view. You can do this by holding CTRL as you click on each file. Next, click the Transfer Button. (You can also drag and drop the files, but we will use the button.) This button is located on the left side of the screen in the main toolbar and looks like this:

2. When the files are being transfered, any important information about the transfer will be displayed in the Status Window. You will also be notified by this window if a file was transferred successfully or unsuccessfully after the transfer is complete.
3. Downloading is the opposite of uploading. To download something, you must select the files that you want to download in the remote view. Then simply click the Transfer Button on the right side of the main toolbar. (Again you can also drag and drop the files.)
Most transfers are done in Auto Mode. This means that the files will be transferred in binary mode unless the file extension is included in the ASCII File Extensions list. You can also transfer files only in Binary or ASCII mode by going to Session -> Transfer Mode on the main menu. ASCII mode will keep formatting intact on files recognized as text when transferring across different operating systems, which can corrupt some types of files. Binary mode will transfer files unaltered.
