Software you need: PowerPoint 2008
1. Select the text that you want to appear on your PowerPoint slide.

2. Click File > Send To> PowerPoint.

3. To format the text on the slide, click View > Formatting Palette and then select formatting options.
Tips: Each item in notebook layout view appears as a bulleted item on the slide. You can resize the text box after you have pasted the text on the slide.
Presentations can be saved and run in any of the file formats: the 2003 default .ppt (presentation), .pps (PowerPoint Show) or .pot (template). In PowerPoint 2007 and Mac OS X 2008 versions, the XML-based file formats .pptx, .ppsx and .potx have been introduced, along with the macro-enabled file formats .pptm, .potm, .ppsm.
