PPT file could add your video, however, sometimes it doesn't accept your video files. It lies in the video format, and we should use the correct one. What should we do?

For_Immediate_Release:

In fact WMV is the native Windows video format. So it's easy to get rid of the error message - just convert your video to WMV format before placing it to your slide show.

There are two ways to convert video to wmv format:

1. Free 3GP Video Converter

Download Free 3GP Video Converter and install it.

Use Free 3GP Video Converter to convert your video to AVI format. Then convert it to WMV with Windows Movie Maker. This program is already installed on your computer. Just click Start->All Programs->Windows Movie Maker.

2. AVS Video Converter

Download AVS Video Converter and install it. You can use AVS Video Converter to convert your video directly to wmv format. It's easier than the first way, but this software is paid.

Then place converted wmv movie to your presentation.

That's all!
