How to use Limewire Basic

Software you need: Limewire Basic
It's my honor to introdue you how to use LimeWire Basic brifly.I hope it is helpful for LimeWire's users.
Setting Up LimeWire Basic:
1. Open the LimeWire application ,go to the Options menu.
* Macintosh: Use the command semicolon shortcut to bring up the Options screen.
* Windows: Select Tools and Options from your Menu Bar.
2. Cick on Sharing in the left hand column,type filename what you can only share in the "Extensions" field under Shared Extensions.
If you don't like to share things,you candelete all of the text in the "Extensions" field under "Shared Extensions."
3.Select the Filters -> Keywords, Select all three options to ignore: Adult Content, .html files and .vbs files.
Searching For Files:
1. In LimeWire's main screen.Use the "Select Type" boxes that are at the top on the left. There are Images, Documents, Audio, Video, Programs, and Any Type.
2. Type the title of what you are looking for and click search.
3. Some seconds later,The results appear ,or search again later.
Picking the Best Files :
1.The more yellow stars the better the chance for a successful download.
2.The Speed column:T3 is the best, T1 is next best, Cable/DSL is okay, but Modem is the worst. Dial-up is for losers.
3.Higher the bitrate number.
4.Sensible file size.
Downloading:
1.Double click it to start the download.Clicking "Launch." in case the file is corrupted.
2. To see where it is, go back to the Options menu and select Saving.
3.At Directory, click Browse to change the location of where your downloads go.
Extras:
Skins: view,->apply skins, and then try the different ones out. Clicking on "Get more skins" to download more skins.
Connections: view->show/hide, and then make sure Connections is checked. This displays the connections tab, which shows information about who you are uploading and downloading from.
Help: You can receive extra help by clicking on "Help" in LimeWire.
